Subject to the terms of this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to: • Use this application for personal, non-commercial purposes • Install this application on compatible devices that you own or control This license remains valid as long as you comply with this EULA.

You may not: • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense this application • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the source code of this application • Circumvent technical limitations or protection measures of this application • Use this application for any illegal purpose • Use this application for commercial purposes without written consent from the Company

The Company enforces a Zero Tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. The following content is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate removal and permanent account suspension: • Animal abuse or content promoting abuse • Pornography or sexually explicit content • Content harmful to children (including child exploitation material) • Violent, gory, or shocking content • Content promoting or glorifying suicide or self-harm • Content promoting drug abuse • Content supporting terrorism or violent extremism • Harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking • Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, etc.

The Company uses automated and manual content filtering mechanisms to detect and prevent objectionable content: [Content Filtering Methods] • Automated Content Filtering: Posts and comments are automatically scanned for prohibited words and inappropriate expressions before publication • Keyword-Based Filtering: Profanity, hate speech, and illegal content-related keywords are filtered in real-time • Pre-Publication Verification: Content must pass through the filtering system before being posted [User Reporting Feature] • Users can report inappropriate content using the in-app report button • All reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours • Confirmed violating content is immediately removed • Serious violations result in immediate account suspension • False reports may result in penalties

All rights, title, and interest in and to this application and its content (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software) belong to the Company. This EULA does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

The Company reserves the right to: • Change, update, or discontinue features of this application without prior notice • Immediately terminate your license upon violation of this EULA • Terminate the service at the Company's sole discretion • Modify the terms of this EULA as necessary Upon termination, you must cease all use of this application.

This application is provided "AS IS." The Company makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including: • Warranties of merchantability • Fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement • Uninterrupted service • Error-free operation

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use this application • The Company's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for this application • The Company is not responsible for third-party content or user-generated content • The Company is not responsible for data loss

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from all claims, damages, losses, and costs arising from: • Your use of this application • Your violation of this EULA • Your infringement of any third-party rights • Content you submit

This EULA shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. All disputes relating to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
